During the RubberStuff newsletter and Your Galleries enrollment process, certain 'required' nonpublic personal and personally identifiable information is collected from new customers, including such items as:

  • Phone
  • E-mail address
We will refer to information collected during the enrollment and online registration process as "Information".

We will not share Information with the following types of third parties, either directly or through our affiliates:
  1. Service Providers - We will not share any information with third party companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have contractual agreements.
  2. Other Third Parties - We will not share any Information with other third parties in addition to those mentioned above.
We will share Information with the follwing parties, should we deem it necessary:
  • As Permitted/Required by Law - We do reserve the right to release such information to law enforcement or other included governmental offices as we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem necessary to comply with the law.
We may also analyze and aggregate your Information internally for the purposes of compiling statistics, evaluating trends in the marketplace, and evaluating the overall effectiveness of our services.

Opting Out of Information Sharing:
If you prefer that we not use your Information as described above, you have the right to ("opt out") by selecting to unsubscribe within our E-mailed newsletter, by selecting 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of the document. You may also unsubscribe from the 'Your Galleries' section of our website by going to your account online and choosing to 'Un-register' your account.

Security Measures:
Safeguarding our clients' Information is a primary concern of Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps, and we have taken a number of steps to ensure that your Information is secure. First, all areas of our site that collect sensitive Information utilize encryption to protect your data. This system ensures that your data is going to our servers, and ONLY our servers, by encrypting all network traffic between our machines.

Online Client Enrollment:
In the event a user of our site chooses to enroll in our online newsletter or online galleries, this privacy statement is incorporated by reference into and subject to the terms and conditions of the Prickley Pear Rubber Stamp Agreement, and constitutes the entire agreement between PPRS and the user. This privacy statement is not a substitute of the PPRS Agreement and should in no way be confused with the PPRS Agreement. Additionally, all of the information you provide through the Online Store is kept confidential and is never distributed. Since we have information security controls through Paypal that are industry standards, your information is protected.

Amendment Policy:
Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps reserves the right to change this privacy statement in its sole and absolute discretion. Any changes to the PPRS Privacy Statement will be communicated through this site at least five days in advance of implementation and will apply only to that nonpublic personal information collected from you after the date of implementation.
